Fix Ur Crack prides itself on the highest quality parts and service.  Nonetheless, we understand the nature of the repair industry and extend our technical knowledge and experience to our customers.  Although our products are tested by hand throughout the supply chain, defects and issues will always be an unfortunate part of our industry.  That is why we extend our generous refund or return policy to all Fix Ur Cracks’ customers.

  •  RMA PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS
    • RMA Documentation is required for all returns and must be included in the return package. RMA’s may be requested via your customer account, or click here.
    • Warranty will not apply to parts that have been modified or installed.
    • Return shipping is always paid by the buyer unless determined to be a shipping error.
    • All refunds will be posted as internal store credit unless agreed upon by Fix Ur Crack.
    • Products sent to Fix Ur Crack without RMA Documentation will be returned to the customer at their cost.
    • All products returned to Fix Ur Crack that were not originally sold by Fix Ur Crack or denied because of Fix Ur Cracks’ warranty policy will be recycled.
  • TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
    • 1-7 Days:  Full refund. 1,2
    •  8-15 Days: Full refund minus a 15% restocking-fee.  1,2,3
    •  16-29 Days: Full refund minus a 25% restocking-fee. 1,2,3
    •  30+ Days:  No refund.

  •  EXCHANGES & CROSS SHIPPING
    • Fix Ur Crack does not currently offer exchanges.
    • Fix Ur Crack will not cross-ship any defect return/refund. In order to cross-ship a defective part, another part must be purchased and a refund will be applied upon receipt and testing of the defect part.
  • POLICY ABUSE & CHANGES
    • Fix Ur Crack  reserves the right to alter our returns and exchanges policy.
    • Any customer that is deemed to be “abusing” our generous returns policy can be subject to firm and stricter policies.
    • Fix ur Cracks’ returns/exchanges/warranty policies are subject to change at any time, and no warning or notice is necessary.
